About DMS

Established in August 1995, we commenced operations in March 1996. We are a specialist provider of Accident, Sickness and Involuntary Redundancy/Business Closure Insurance to Independent Financial Advisers, Mortgage Intermediaries and Networks.

How we work

We do not offer clients advice on the suitability of our products. That is the province of the Adviser. Often clients, who have seen us on comparison sites, call us to see if they can buy our products cheaper directly from us. They are told that, not only can they not buy our products cheaper from us, but that they cannot buy our products from us at all.

Enquiries from clients are directed to the nearest Adviser to them geographically with whom we have terms of business established. A list of Advisers with whom DMS has established terms of business, is available in the Customer Area of our website.

We concentrate on developing market leading products, and invite you to compare the breadth of cover that we offer to clients with any of our competitors.

We have built a solid reputation for professional administration, and for providing a claims service that looks for reasons to pay claims, not excuses to avoid payment.
