All DMS Administration is handled in-house, and we are our own Direct Debit Originator. We run a totally paperless office, based on a bespoke computer system that is under constant extension and improvement. We aim to respond to all client requests and instructions within one working day, and very seldom fail to achieve this standard.
We do not offer Clients a direct telephone service because when they contact us they will either be giving us information or instructions or requesting information or actions from us. All of these need to be in writing so that there is a solid audit trail. Clients can contact us by email to firstname.lastname@example.org, or by visiting our Online Customer Help Centre at www.dmsadmin.co.uk if your Client does not have access to email or the Internet they can call our Customer Helpline on 0800 302 9203 from 9.00 am to 8.00 pm on weekdays, and 9.00 am to 4.00 pm at weekends. Our team of PA’s will receive any information they care to provide, or any requests for action by us, and email these to us immediately. Outside of the hours they can leave voicemail that will again be emailed to us immediately.
